New Leadership is a weekend workshop designed for companies and startups, where up to 5 people in leadership positions take part. Together, we uncover the invisible dynamics that shape your team, strengthen collaboration, and build the foundation for sustainable growth.

Each workshop participant receives a 60-minute personalized 1:1 Human Design reading, during which we explore their individual strengths in depth. This session is strictly confidential; the information shared will not be communicated to supervisors or colleagues. Readings are scheduled no later than one week and no earlier than one month before the workshop, ensuring that each participant has sufficient time for reflection.
On the workshop day, your team (up to five people) meets for an 8‑hour, facilitator‑led session with scheduled breaks. We open with goals and a short, practical primer on Penta so everyone can read the team bodygraph.
- The morning focuses on presenting each person’s core strengths in the team context (only high‑level themes from the confidential 1:1s), then building the live team bodygraph to reveal where energy is active, missing, or overloaded.
- After lunch, we map current responsibilities to the chart, prioritize two to three gaps, and design concrete strategies—redistributing tasks, adjusting timelines, or identifying external support to “top up” missing energy.
- We close by turning decisions into a clear action plan with owners, milestones, and a 30‑day check‑in to review progress.
